About the Role:
In this role you will use your desktop publishing skills to publish operational procedures and related documents, and communications to reference libraries used across the organization.
  • Proofread, format and publish procedure-related content and internal communications into online procedure manuals and other resource libraries according to publication schedules.
  • Ensure communications and procedural content meet style guide standards. Help contributors create consistent, compelling, standards-compliant content.
  • Partner with Corporate Communications and departments to ensure communications needs are delivered effectively.
  • Prepares and assists with preparation, coordination, proofing, and distribution of division communications, including news articles, emails, and communications calls.
  • Stays current on technical procedures software developments and archiving processes.
  • With the team, develop and maintain the style guide, and documentation and content experience standards and processes.
  • With the team, refine, implement, and monitor departmental procedures.
  • Track progress against key content initiatives.
  • Demonstrate compliance with all bank regulations that apply to your position and keep up to date on regulation changes.
  • Maintain working knowledge of our policies and procedures regarding the Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation asked CC, Regulation E, Bank Security, and other regulations that apply to your position.
  • May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others as subject matter expert
  • Other responsibilities as needed.
  • Occasional travel
About You:
  • Highly skilled in Madcap Flare and Madcap Central (or other desktop publishing software), including the ability to design, program and publish content, manage workflows, and run analytics.
  • Ability to troubleshoot content and HTML errors that may prevent publication.
  • Strong experience using Styles and/or CSS.
  • Practical knowledge of various Agile and Continuous Delivery practices and disciplines.
  • Experience updating procedure-related job aids and forms with form fields using a variety of programs (such as Word, Excel, PDF, SharePoint or Microsoft forms)
  • Working knowledge of business and communications practices within an organization.
  • Demonstrated strong writing and editing ability.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams and SharePoint in daily work.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated decision making skills.
  • Experience using AP Style, preferred.
  • Familiarity with policy and/or procedure writing, drafting communications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or business, or equivalent job experience, preferred
  • Banking industry experience (lending and/or deposit operations), preferred.
  • Technical writing and/or editing certificate, preferred.
  
Workstyle: Fully onsite.

We offer a competitive total rewards package including base wages and comprehensive benefits. The pay range for this role is $54,000.0 to $68,000.00, and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
